Explore the gentle, kid-friendly Snowmass Nature Trail on a free guided tour with an ACES Naturalist. Learn about local ecology and an incredible diversity of wildflowers as the tour winds in and out of lush alpine meadows and aspen forests. Free and open to all ages. Meet at 10am outside of the Snowmass Ticket Pavilion on the Snowmass Mall
Interested in the Ice Age fossils that were found in Snowmass? ACES also offers free, guided hikes at 1pm on the Discovery Trail, with a focus on the flora and fauna that existed here 100,000 years ago.
