Because the residences in our collection are individually owned, each is unique, reflecting the personal tastes of the owner. Our rating system is designed to help you, the guest, determine which type of unit you are interested in reserving.

Across all of our properties, we rate our units as follows:

DIAMOND units are a step above - luxury finishes, gorgeous design, updated throughout.
PLATINUM units are the most up-to-date with new furniture, appliances, electronics, etc.
GOLD units are very nice, but not quite as updated as a premier unit.
BRONZE units are very comfortable and cozy, but not quite as updated as a deluxe unit.

In addition, Top of the Village offers POINT units. The buildings at Top of the Village are each shaped like a V, with the Point unit facing directly toward the slopes of Snowmass.
